3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to respond to enquiries and schedule discovery calls, understand your requirements, deliver and improve our services, send relevant communications (with consent), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on encrypted servers (Supabase, Hetzner) with TLS 1.3 encryption. Each client platform operates on a dedicated database — your data is never co-mingled. We implement role-based access controls, regular security reviews, and automated backups.
5. Data Retention
Contact information is retained as long as needed to fulfil its purpose. Platform data is retained for the duration of your service agreement plus a 90-day grace period, after which it is permanently deleted.
6. Your Rights Under DPDPA
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access your personal data, request corrections, request erasure (subject to legal obligations), withdraw marketing consent, and lodge a grievance with our Data Protection Officer.
